The new museum center of the city of Fabriano is conceived as a living space, in which temporary exhibitions, seminars, educational activities and cultural events will be organized. It will be a place of meeting, attraction and aggregation and will aim at the enhancement of excellence. In this perspective there will be an important change in the spring of 2020, when the permanent Museum will be inaugurated, which will host the Ruggeri-Mannucci Collection, established in 2001 by the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio of Fabriano and Cupramontana. The Foundation, in fact, by virtue of its mission to protect and enhance the artistic heritage of the geographical area, decided to acquire a conspicuous number of works by the Fabriano artists Quirino Ruggeri (1883-1955) and Edgardo Mannucci (1904-1986 ). Sculptures, paintings, graphics and jewelry are part of the collection.
